For the past five years, Paul been Principal of Sturgis East Charter Public School, an IB for All school in Massachusetts, USA, and Paul was recently appointed by the Sturgis Board of Trustees to serve as Executive Director of Sturgis Charter Public School beginning in July 2016. Paul is an experienced IB workshop leader, and is working on the IB Organization’s Bridging the Equity Gap Project.
