Oli is currently the Head of the International School of Hyderabad (ISH), India. Previously, she has served in the role of IB History Teacher, IBDP Coordinator, High School and Secondary School Principal and Assistant Head of School, in schools in China, Japan, Sri Lanka and Peru. She has also taught History in the UK and Spain. Recently she received her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University in the USA. She is currently serving on the Board of the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE). She is married to Mike who is the AD and PE teacher at ISH and has two sons: Patrick, 19 who is studying Mandarin in Beijing for his gap year and George, 16 who is a sophomore at ISH.
