I have worked in education for the last eight years, and I enjoy both teaching and the organizational duties involved in my current position. Since becoming Vice-principal at the International American School of Warsaw, I have worked hard to improve many aspects of the school as the member of administration responsible school improvement. I very much enjoy my contact with students in the classroom. I currently teach Geography and History IB classes. In my time at International American School I have gained experience teaching Social Studies to grades 5-9, and History and Geography to grades 6-12. I am passionate about teaching humanities as I think it is important to teach students about their place within history and the world. I am an advocate of using technology, please see www.geography.uden.pl. In teaching and have used various innovative techniques to help students to find learning fun. I also enjoy teaching students skills in humanities and showing them how these can support other areas of their studies.
